Description
The Belgrade Arena, located at 58 Arsenija Crnojevića Boulevard in New Belgrade, is one of the largest multifunctional sports arenas in Europe. It has reverted to its original name since April 2024. The arena's capacity is up to 25,000 spectators, allowing it to host events of various sizes and formats. The total area of the complex is 48,000 m², and the height of the hall reaches 36 meters.
The arena's architectural design includes a domed roof supported by a system of steel trusses and cables. Interior flexibility is provided by a retractable roof and a modular floor system, allowing the space to be adapted for basketball matches, concerts, and exhibitions. Modern technological solutions include sound and lighting systems, as well as an energy-efficient design using renewable energy sources.
